Pastor J. Xavier

Pastor J. Xavier was born into a very poor family and was separated from his parents at a young age. He was raised with the support and care of church fathers in a Catholic background.

From his childhood, Pastor Xavier developed a deep interest in the Lord and a strong hunger for the Bible. As he studied Scripture, he began to recognize teachings and biblical standards that differed from the religious traditions with which he had grown up.

Around the age of 35, Pastor Xavier experienced a profound spiritual encounter with the Lord when going through a cardiac episode with prayers and encouragement from Pastor. John Paul & Pastor P.K. Paul (Founding Pastors of Open Bible Churches of God, Coimbatore). He was subsequently baptized and, through the leading of the Holy Spirit, was called to establish and lead the work that became Ooty Central Open Bible Church of God.

Through the years, the Lord has used Pastor Xavier and his wife Mrs. Alphonsa Xavier to shepherd the church, preach the Word, raise leaders, and reach communities and villages around Ooty with the Gospel. His ministry has been marked by a deep commitment to Scripture, prayer, and the desire to see the Church remain faithful to the purposes of Christ.

Associate Pastor

Pastor Sathish Daniel

Pastor Sathish Daniel comes from a humble family background. It was at Ooty Central Open Bible Church of God that the Lord revealed His love and salvation to him.

After coming to faith, Sathish began serving the Lord in various areas of ministry, including worship, Bible studies, and visiting families and homes.

Through years of faithful service, learning, and spiritual growth, he has taken on greater responsibility within the church and now serves as an Associate Pastor. His ministry reflects a desire to serve people personally, teach God’s Word, encourage believers, and support the ongoing work of the church.
